The African Feminist Forum (AFF) has been featured in the current issue of ‘Wings”, Arik Air’s in flight magazine. The feature included a series of portraits shot by talented visual activist Nyani Quarmyne at the 3rd AFF which took place 20th-25th October 2010 in Dakar, Senegal. 

The series of portraits were commissioned for the second volume of “Voice, Power and Soul: Portraits of African Feminists”. Volume 1 of “Voice, Power and Soul: Portraits of African Feminists” was published by the African Women’s Development Fund in 2009 and is available to the general public for a donation of US$50 and the cost of postage and packaging.
